Create a new meeting
Creating a meeting opens a log. Finalcad One sections will be added by default, to give you a ready-to-use structure for recording decisions, actions, and observations.
Adjust the meeting to fit your needs: add content, remove sections that arenât useful, or add subsections to organize and tidy up your notes in more detail.
Lock the meeting
To make it easier to review the meeting, you can lock it. Project admins and editors are allowed to do this.
Prepare the next meeting
Creating a meeting from this one will fully duplicate its content and structure. Note that the previous meeting will no longer be editable, but youâll still be able to download its report as a PDF for archiving or viewing.
How do I create my own meeting template?
If you want to create your own meeting structure, start with meeting 0: itâs used as the initial template. The following meetings will automatically inherit the sections and subsections youâve defined, which lets you easily standardize your minutes.
What happens if I delete a meeting?
In a meeting sequence, only the last meeting in the series can be deleted. If you delete the last meeting in a series, then the previous meeting will be unlocked and become editable again. A deleted meeting canât be restored.
