The validation email is sent when the domain name is linked to a Finalcad One organization.
If you're creating an account, double-check the email entry.
Are you sure of the email or already logged in? Check your Spam folder and allow shipments from @finalcad.com.
Try resending the validation email.

An error may occur if:
You're trying to create an account without validating your email (previous step) when required.
Your password does not meet the validation conditions:
Minimum 8 characters
At least 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter
Your password cannot be one of your last 4 passwords.
If using special characters (&#@-_!/[]{}<>...), try without them?
Do you see an error on the screen? (400, 500, ...)
Try via a private browsing window (without the history and cookies of your current session).

SSO login corresponds to authentication via Google, Microsoft, or Apple (top of the login page), which relies on existing credentials from one of these three entities.
Creating an account via SSO generates a unique user identifier (UUID) that is the key to your account. Logging in via another method (different SSO or directly by email) is not possible and would result in the creation of a new UUID.
Therefore, it will be impossible to log in via email directly. We advise you to select and keep your access method unchanged.
For SSO login, we recommend using the password recovery solution of the corresponding account (e.g., Google's method for a Gmail account) to regain access.
For email login, once entered, click on the "Forgot Password?" link and follow the 2 steps to receive an email with a link to reset your password.
