There are several methods to create modules, each suited to different organizational requirements.
Standardized Modules
Preparation: Before creating modules that include forms, make sure to design form templates. Use cases can vary widely, such as digitizing your QSE visits, site inspections, project tracking, quality checks, and more.
To standardize processes, create form modules via organization or workspace settings.
Open the "Templates" tab to define default settings for all projects within the organization or workspace.
In the "Modules" section, you can create a module, name it, choose a color and icon, and associate form templates with it.
Depending on the configured visibility, the module will automatically be included in all projects or can be added to specific projects later.
It's not possible to transfer a form from one module to another. However, you can move items between modules that don't have associated forms in your projects.
Custom Modules
In a specific project, you can create custom modules without forms to adopt project-specific terminology and a tailored organization. Create reserves, note observations or defects, track task progress – it's your choice!
Go to your project's homepage.
Select "New Module" to choose from existing modules or create a new one.
Modules created within a project are specific to that project and won't be visible at the organization level.
