Elements with or without assigned forms linked to a company will be visible and editable by members associated with that company. They will also receive push notifications when assigned to an element.
Registering Companies in a Project
From your web browser:
On the project homepage in your web browser, click on Companies in the left column.
Select Add a company, enter the company name, and click Add.
To save time, you can import a list of companies from an Excel file by selecting "Import companies" at the top right.
From your mobile:
Open the project settings and go to Companies.
Create companies one by one.
Registering Members in a Company
Ensure that the company's members have already been added to the project to be able to select them within a company.
From your web browser:
Go to the actions on the right of the company and select Edit members.
From your mobile:
Tap on a company to Add a member.
