# Manage companies and their members

This guide explains how to register companies in a Finalcad One project and associate members with them, allowing for efficient management and improved communication.

Elements with or without assigned forms linked to a company will be visible and editable by members associated with that company. They will also receive push notifications when assigned to an element.

##   
Registering Companies in a Project

-   **From your web browser:**
    
    -   On the project homepage in your web browser, click on **Companies** in the left column.
        
    -   Select **Add a company**, enter the company name, and click **Add**.
        
        > **Info:** To save time, you can import a list of companies from an Excel file by selecting "Import companies" at the top right.
        
-   **From your mobile:**
    
    -   Open the project settings and go to **Companies**.
        
    -   Create companies one by one.
        

## Registering Members in a Company

> **Info:** Ensure that the company's members have already been added to the project to be able to select them within a company.

-   **From your web browser:**
    
    -   Go to the actions on the right of the company and select **Edit members**.
        
-   **From your mobile:**
    
    -   Tap on a company to **Add a member**.
