Add members to a project

Add collaborators to a project via mobile or web, including sharing invitation links, sending emails, and using QR Codes.

On Mobile:

  1. Share via Invitation Link:

    • Open Project Settings, go to Members, then Add a member.

    • Select Send a link.

    • Share the link directly or copy it for later use.

      Resetting the link disables the old one and creates a new one.
  2. Send Invitation Email:

    • Select Enter a name or email.

    • Choose the role of new members and enter their email address.

On Web:

  1. Adding Members:

    • In Members, click on Add members.

    • Enter email addresses or choose from existing members. Select their role and add them.

      Tip: you can copy-paste a list of email addresses to save time.
  2. Share the invitation:

    • Select Share at the bottom of the view

    • Use Copy link or Share QR Code for quick and easy access.
