1. Accessing the Contract Page:
Go to the My Subscription page in the Settings of your organization.
2. Updating the Plan:
Select Update on the plan you wish to obtain.
Modify the plan according to your needs. The options will be pre-filled, and the billing address will match your account.
It is not possible to subscribe to fewer licenses than the number of members already present in your organization.
3. Payment:
Click on Proceed to payment.
Complete the billing and payment information.
Validate the order by selecting Validate the order.
4. Confirmation:
You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
If you have subscribed from your iOS or Android app or through one of our sales representatives, it is not possible to modify your plan from our website.
