Workspaces are available starting from the Enterprise offer.
You can group your users according to your company's structure, for example by territory, specialty, subsidiary, team, or department.
Employees can create their projects in this workspace. This segmentation allows its members to work independently.
Create your workspaces
Access the workspace:
Go to your organization's Settings and click on Workspaces.
Create a new workspace:
Press Create a workspace.
Add child spaces:
For a child space, click on the + next to the parent space.
Customize:
Add an internal reference to align the workspace with the organization's internal processes.
Set up a workspace
Modify default templates:
Open your workspace, in the settings, select Templates.
This allows you to customize the default settings of all projects created in this workspace and its children (modules with default forms, list of templates and type categories, statuses, and priorities).
Manage members:
Open your workspace, in the settings, select Members.
Add members to the workspace to give them the right to create projects in this workspace and its children.
