Workspace Management

Workspaces allow you to organize users and projects according to your company's structure.

Workspaces are available with the Enterprise plan.


You can group your users by territory, specialty, subsidiary, team, or department, among others. Organize your workspaces according to your company's structure.

Collaborators can create their projects within this workspace. This segmentation enables its members to work autonomously.

Creating a Workspace

1. Accessing the Workspace:

  • Go to the Settings of your organization and click on Workspaces.

2. Creating a New Workspace:

  • Press Create a workspace.

3. Adding Child Workspaces:

  • For a child workspace, click on the + next to the parent workspace.

4. Customization:

  • Add an internal reference to align the workspace with the organization's internal processes.

Workspace Settings

1. Modify Default Templates:

  • Open your workspace, go to settings, and select Templates.

  • This allows you to customize the default settings for all projects created within this workspace and its children (modules with default forms, list of templates and standard categories, statuses, and priorities).

2. Manage Members:

  • Open your workspace, go to settings, and select Members.

  • Add members to the workspace to give them the right to create projects within this workspace and its children.
