The accepted plan formats are DWG, PDF, JPG, and PNG files. It is not possible to add multi-page plans. Only the first page will be considered.
On the Web:
Creating a folder or adding plans:
Go to Plans on the project's homepage.
Click on Add a location, then Add plans or Add a folder.
Enter a name and click on Create.
Bulk Import
You can drop several files at once to save time.
To modify an existing plan, open it and then click on the edit button ✏️ to the left of the plan's name and select Update plan. Existing elements (observations, reservations, etc.) will not be impacted as long as the new plan background has the same height/width ratio.
On Mobile:
Creating a folder or adding plans:
Select Locations on the homepage.
If you already have items, enter edit mode at the top right with the Edit menu.
Choose Add a location, then Folder or Plan.
Complete the name and add a preview if you wish.
Confirm with Done.
