# Add your plans

Create folders and plans, add previews, and organize the plan hierarchy in your project

> **Info:** The accepted plan formats are **DWG**, **PDF**, **JPG**, and **PNG** files. It is not possible to add multi-page plans. Only the first page will be considered.

**On the Web:**

1.  **Creating a folder or adding plans:**
    
    -   Go to **Plans** on the project's homepage.
        
    -   Click on **Add a location**, then **Add plans** or **Add a folder**.
        
    -   Enter a name and click on **Create**.
        
2.  **Bulk Import**
    
    -   You can drop several files at once to save time.
        

> **Info:** To modify an existing plan, open it and then click on the edit button ✏️ to the left of the plan's name and select **Update** **plan**. Existing elements (observations, reservations, etc.) will not be impacted as long as the new plan background has the same height/width ratio.

**On Mobile:**

1.  **Creating a folder or adding plans:**
    
    -   Select **Locations** on the homepage.
        
    -   If you already have items, enter edit mode at the top right with the **Edit** menu.
        
    -   Choose **Add a location**, then **Folder** or **Plan**.
        
    -   Complete the name and add a preview if you wish.
        
    -   Confirm with **Done**.
