Creation Steps:
Open the Reports tab, then choose New Report.
Report Settings:
PDF by company: Creates a PDF document for each company with the assigned reserves.
Criteria on the properties of the elements: Elements must meet all conditions to appear in the report.
Periodic sending: Regularly receive the report as configured. Scheduled reports will appear in the report tab and can be deleted but not edited.
Adding recipients: Include other people to receive the report.
Additional Notes:
Recipients receive an exact copy of the report based on your visibility rights. Use filters to restrict access if necessary.
You will receive an email link to download the files. The email with the report can be forwarded.
For report size optimization reasons, it is not possible to display comments on items with or without forms.
Reports are grouped according to the order of the project plans, and items are sorted by the date of the last update.
