User guide for the Meetings Module

The Meetings module from Finalcad is designed to structure and simplify the management of meetings in your projects.

Creation and management of meetings

  • Add participants to the project to include them in meetings.

  • Create a meeting by specifying its name, date, time, and the participants with their attendance status.

  • The meeting creator is automatically added as a participant.

Management of notes

  • View, create, and modify the remarks in each meeting section.

  • The remarks are sorted by date and can be adjusted according to user permissions.

Highlights and meeting minutes

  • On the meeting page, add highlights such as the number of attendees and days of bad weather.

  • Generate meeting minutes in PDF and share them immediately to put all the stakeholders into action.

The widget on the homepage displays the next meeting and the list of participants, allowing you to quickly make updates.

Finalcad facilitates communication and effective documentation of meetings for better collaboration and project tracking.
