Access "Templates" in your organization's settings and select "Statuses."
Add, arrange, or customize statuses with colors.
Set translations and the default status to align statuses with the specific needs of the project.

Adjust users' interaction rights with items based on their roles.
For example, restrict "Guest" users from changing the status to "Resolved" or "Contested."
