Import observation libraries

You can import the categories and templates you want (for example: “Painting” and “Fix to redo”) to help standardize your projects and keep things aligned with the different trades.

Import observations or forms

You can automatically create forms in Finalcad One in each of your projects. For example, this lets you be proactive by standardizing your self-check and control processes.

You can also automatically get filled-in forms from Finalcad One so they can be used in your systems.

In the same way, you can automate editing your items, like their status. This lets you:

• edit several items at once

• allow editing an item when an action is done in another one of your tools
