It’s now possible to put a restriction on a form during our teams’ set-up process. Here’s how this works.
Those belonging to another group other than those of the who created the form can’t edit but can visualize the data.
Example : I am a works director, I carry out joinery checks. I check that the height of the handle lies between 90-110 cm. I measure 112cm. The control shows it is non-conforming. My joiner can access the form and see the value (112cm) but cannot edit it.
This restriction is defined for a particular form model : so all the forms created from this model have the same feature.
Note : this restriction is also valid for a group, like the client, that has a issue creation role (“create, resolve or close”). He or she can create a new form if required.
