How can I unsubscribe?
A simple manipulation on the FINALCAD app homepage allows you to manage your subscription or from the “iTunes /Playstore”, available since the start of 2017.
What happens once Ia m unsubscribed ? Can I still access my projects ?
You can’t create new projects or new zones but you can always have access to existing ones.
Once unsubscribed, can I ask for a back-up of my projects?
Yes, there is no back-up restriction for the moment
I am already a PRO client and use the stand-alone app only when needed. Do I have to also have to pay a 4,99€ subscription?
Yes, as there is no identification details of this within the app.
If my tablet is broken, can I transfer my subscription to another tablet, whilst keeping my projects ?
The subscription is linked to an iTunes account / App Store. So it’s possible to recover your projects on the condition that they are backed-up on our servers at the outset. Be careful as you have to use the same iTunes/Playstore identification details on the new device.
