Two levels of support are available:
- Tap on the <?> icon.
- The Help Center (level 1) provides answers to your questions.
- If you can’t find the answer in the Help Center, take advantage of our support team (level 2) that provides answers via online chat, built into the FINALCAD and FINALCAD Live apps.
Important: To save time, we recommend that you first read the Help Center article that is relevant to your question.
Accessing chat via your project
Open your project and tap on the “...” icon in the bottom left.
Tap on “Help.”
As with the first option, you can select an option or skip this step and speak with the support team. The chat screen will appear. Ask away!
