An update was made on the reports sent from our servers. Indeed, the statistics are now cascading.
An example is more telling:
- Distribution by status at a time (t): closed 25p.100, 25p.100 lifted, 25p.100 processed, 25p.100 open
- Report (email, PDF, XLS): 25p.100 closed > 50p.100 lifted > processed 75p.100 & 25p.100 open
Indeed, we start from the principle that if 25p.100 of the comments are closed (final role) they are necessarily lifted so (25p.100 lifted + 25p.100 closed= 50p.100). In the same way, 50p.100 lifted + 25p.100 processed = 75p.100 are processed (because if the issue is lifted, it has necessarily been processed by the company).
- When a subcontractor company has a restriction in their trade and they are on the mailing list, they receive a targeted report with their trade(s) (they do not receive the general mail).
- The remaining issues= open + processed (because they are not lifted)
