Create/Close |
Generally for the architect (Project Manager) or the client (contracting authority). The users are then authorised to create and to close issues (in accordance with the validation circuit mentioned below) ,and, obviously, add comments and photos to issues. |
Solve |
If this is necessary during the project, it is possible to allow users just to solve issues, in addition to commenting and adding photos. |
Close |
If this is necessary during the project, it is possible to allow users just to close issues, in addition to commenting and adding photos. |
Validation circuit
The issue follows a validation circuit, based on the role of the groups. This status modification is accompanied by a colour change.
Below are the different levels of validation, as well as the meaning of the colours:
Notes:
*An issue in the "open" state converts to "late" when its deadline for fixing or solving has passed.
*An issue in the "fixed" status converts to "late" when its deadline for solving has passed.
When you use filters, the "late" issues are not taken into account in the "open" or "fixed" states.
A specific "late" filter is available in order to easily and quickly find the faults to urgently correct.
*The steps are flexible: an issue can be solved without having been fixed, or directly converted from "added" to "closed".
*It is possible to refuse a "fixed" issue or a "solved" issue, and revert to the previous state.
Shape of stickers
An issue added by a user with the "Create, solve" role will be round.
An issue added by a user with the "Create, close" role will be square.
Group to group restriction
It is possible to set a visibility restriction for each group of users on the other groups of users. We can authorise or disallow a group of users to see the issues added by one or several other groups.
Trade(s) restriction by authors
It is possible to set a visibility restriction for each user with regards to trades.
For example, this restriction allows the painter to only see issues on his/her painting trade.
Other rights by author
As an option, each author may or may not receive emails on a project. They also may or may not have the right to edit the project library.
