If you are unable to place an issue (via “+” which shows at the top right of your project), think of checking the following :
- Are you well connected to your use account ?
- An observation can be placed solely on one zone Have you selected the sector plan and then the zone on the list to the left?
- If you have an access to “fix”, marker placement is not allowed (it’s typically a role reserved to sub-contractors)
If despite these checks, you are still unable to create any issues, we ask you to check your role with our support service by sending an email to email@example.com.
