I am unable to place an observation

If you are unable to place an issue (via “+” which shows at the top right of your project), think of checking the following :

1. Are you well connected to your use account ?
2. An observation can be placed solely on one zone Have you selected the sector plan and then the zone on the list to the left?
3. If you have an access to “fix”, marker placement is not allowed (it’s typically a role reserved to sub-contractors)

If despite these checks, you are still unable to create any issues, we ask you to check your role with our support service by sending an email to support@finalcad.com.
