If you have made an error and an issue is not attributed to the right company, you can reattribute it to another company in your project.
A comment will be added to the issue activity.
Reattributing on iOS
- In the activity log of the issue, tap on the “...” icon.
- Select “Reattribute.”
- Select the new company to which you want to attribute the issue; this step changes only the company name without changing the issue.
- Tap on the arrow to choose a new issue. This step changes both the company and the issue.
Reattributing on Android
- In the activity log of the issue, tap on the “...” icon.
- Select “Reattribute.”
- Select the new company to which you want to attribute the issue; this step changes only the company name without changing the issue.
