To create user accounts you have to:
- Select the project that you are working on (you can only select the projects that you manage)
- Once the project is open, the “user” window to the left is automatically selected.
Above the user list, a field allows you to invite a user into an existing group.
If a group has not yet been created, you can avoid attributing a group to the user and do this later. To understand group management, see this article : How to manage user groups in manager.finalcad.com
By clicking on "add", the user will receive an email from FINALCAD.
Case 1: New user of FINALCAD, he receives a welcome email with his password.
Case 2: The user already had an account, he received an invitation mail on the project concerned. Its password remains unchanged (used on previous projects).
