Apart from the default groups that are automatically configured when a project is created, you also have the option to add customised groups to your project.
Go to the “Parameters” section, then to the “Collaborators” for your project:
- Create a new group using the orange < Add a new group > button.
- Enter the group name.
- Select one or more rights to assign to the project.
- When you enable this option, this group can see the activities of the other groups. If this option is disabled, this group can only see its own activities.
- Press < Save > to finish the configuration.
