In order to have more precise control over read and write access for each user, different levels of access rights are available:
- Roles for defining access at the FC Live Manager platform level
- Project-level rights for defining access within an FC Live project
- Functions specific to forms (Evolution and more complete packages)
Currently, the following roles are available: Free User, Basic, Organisation creator, Advanced, and Admin. Details for each role are provided in the chart below.
A newly-created user will have the default role according to the settings for his organisation. This article explains how to edit the default role.
The project-level rights currently defined by default are: Executive, Subcontractor and Project Manager. Details for each role are provided in the chart below.
Project-level rights are managed at the level of the group to which the user is assigned.
It is possible to create multiple groups with the same project-level rights. It is also possible to create new customised project-level rights for your organisation.
What is a project-level right?
A project-level right will allow the setting of different access levels for the same user at the level of a project. These accesses may vary from project to project.
To know your rights in the scope of an FC Live project, select the settings for your project, then click “See my rights”.
You can also display the default group settings on the mobile app.
