In the page “Add Members”.
- Add a list of mail : copying the mailing list and paste it in the gray square.
- Then choose the role of the new members.
- If all members have the same role: select the right role, then click on “add all”
- If members have different roles: choose the right role and the member with the + icon
- Click on "Add" to complete this step
Note : The web tool automatically detects mail if
✅ mail has @ and each mail is split by a comma (,), space or by line.
|firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com firstname.lastname@example.org|
❌ The web tool does not detect mail which does not have @, not split by a comma (,) nor space or by line.
