Workflows are defined at the organization level, as they are common to projects within the same organization.
Therefore, you need to connect to your organization and follow the steps below:
A status list (or workflow) is available by default. To modify it,
- in the "Templates" section of your organization, select < Workflow >.
- Add translations for each language of your workflows.
- To change the order of the list on mobile, click and drag the dots.
- Add an icon and color for each status.
- Set the default status.
- Hover over a status and delete it.
- Click < Add Status > to add one or more additional statuses.
- Don't forget to <Save & Update > before leaving this page.
