Send report to multiple recipient
From now on you can send report to you but also to any member of your project. As any report you are still able to customize and schedule your report.
This feature will help you to ease your report generation journey and overall your communication towards your partners and any actors of the project.

When an observation is on a plan, you can now add an extract of plan as a picture, frame and annotate it.
💾 Keep last filter activated
Filters remains active unless you reset them. You can go back and forth through the app, they’ll stay as you let them through list or plan view.

👷 Link companies and projects members, and give them rights
It was already possible to assign an observation or a form to a company. You can now link these companies to project members. It will make possible to give its members the same rights than if they were assigned to it. They will also receive notifications on their mobile when a form or observation is assigned to their company.
🚀 A percentage information for your project download
When you are downloading a projet, a percentage now informs you on the progress of the download. This way you know the status.
🚇 An offline indicator when you want to send a message
When you are sending a message in a group, an observation or a form, you are now informed that you are offline. You thus know that your message will be sent when you will be back online.
💬 (Even more) simplified exchanges with the customer support
When you are in contact with the customer support, you were already able to send them a diagnostic file from you mobile, that would help them identify and fix more easily the problem you are facing. More information are now added in this diagnostic file, to make exchanges even more simple.
🧩 Visualise BIM Plans on Mobile
BIM files have been available on our web platform since the beginning of the year. Unfortunately these kind of plans were not available yet on your phone. This is now a thing of the past! Get your 3D model on your phone or tablet, and explore them while you’re on site.
📁 Folder Overview management
No more common folder overviews when you create a folder, and we removed edition and suppression in edition also. Don’t worry, the already created folders with overview will be displayed as usual. The goal? Pave the way for Clickable plans and smart zoning.
🗺 Clickable Plans and tablet navigation
Improvement of plans navigation in the tablet format. When you will use the plan module on tablet you will now have plans and folders' list on the left, and the selected plan on the right. To help you even more, the current selected plan will be highlighted on the list and on the clickable overview if there is one.

🔐 Limit workspaces management to certain roles
Editing, creating and deleting workspaces is now subject to certain rights.
To do so, the role of workspace manager has been added.
Only administrators of a workspace or of its organization will have access to the management page of it. This will help to avoid any drift.
🗺 Visual navigation on mobile
Wouldn’t it be great if you could simply tap on a zone of an overview map, to access it? You would no longer look for its name in the list, and prefer easy and fast visual navigation. It’s now possible with clickable plan overviews. It’s available for plans partitioned using the Finalcad One CAD AutoDesk AutoCAD® Plugin, or by Finalcad Delivery team.
📸 Map extract in a form
On some forms, you need to specify multiples points or areas on the map. And you’d like to capture an extract of the plan the form is attached to. Open the form, select “Add attachments”, and “Extract of plan”. You’re now able to capture the selected part of a plan, and add some annotations.
