You can create an invitation link and share it with all your colleagues in one tap.
- Select < Invitation link >.
- Select < Share link >.
- Share the link directly to a third party application (email or other).
- Or copy the link to share it in another content.
- Don't forget to check that the link has been copied.
Note
< Reset > allows you to disable the previous link and create a new one. It will no longer be possible to connect to the project with the first link.
As a second option, you can also send an invitation email to your collaborators.
- Select <Use name or email>.
- Select the rights for the new members, by clicking on the role wanted.
- Use <Apply> to validate the choice of the role.
- Enter the collaborator(s) email address in the search field.
- Select the collaborator.
- Validate thanks to <Next>.

Thereafter, you can add or modify members at any time by following the steps described in this article.

- In “Members” section, select “Add Members”. You can choose members from the list, which contains all members in your organization (see “Add a member to my organization”) or directly enter their email address.
- Choose a Project role. Members will be added under this pre-defined role.
- To select the members that you want to associate with this role, click on the “+” icon located to the right of each line.
- You give access to the project to users :
- via link: copy the link and send by message application.
- via QR code: print and poster in a site facilities.
- Click on “Add” to validate.

On the page“Add Members”.
- Add a list of mail: copy the mailing list and paste it in the grey square.
- Then choose the role of the new members.
- If all members have the same role: select the right role, then click on “add all”
- If members have different roles: choose the right role and the member with the + icon
- Click on "Add" to complete this step
Note : The web tool automatically detects mail if
✅mail has @ and each mail is split by a comma (,), space or by line.

To share access to your project;
- Click on < Members >.
- Then < Add Members >.
- You have the option to < Copy Link > in order to pass it directly to your collaborators. The other option, select < Share QR Code >.
- The QR Code will be generated and you simply have to share it.
Your collaborator will now be able to access the project.
