- Complete the “Question” field
- Select "Required" if the completion of this field is mandatory.
- To create answers, click on the "+ Add option" icon, and enter the different choices.
- "Set value by default": the word or value in this case is displayed as the default value on the mobile.
- You can also define a minimum and / or maximum number of answers to be provided.
