After creating an observation, you need to make sure that the element is located on a plan, if not the feature won't be available.
- Select < Add Image >.
- Then < Extract of plan >.
- Capture the desired area, note that you have the option to zoom in.
- Validate your entry with < Done >.
Your extract of the plan is added to your observations
