Create form templates

  1. On the organization's page, select"Templates" from the left menu, then "Form Library".
  2. To create a new form: click on the “Create new” button.

Go to the article : "Complete form parameters"

 

 

 

 

Edit form templates

  1. On the organization's page, select"Templates" from the left menu, then "Form Library".
  2. To edit an existing form: click on the line of a form
  3. Click on “Edit”
