Define a new workflow




Now that you set up your basic status list, you can also customise rights per role.  You can decide which role can / can not modify the status that they are responsible for. 

Here is a case: you would like Guests to update observations only to < Fixed >, and to update to < Contested > when an observation is in status < Refused >. Let’s see how we can set it up.

  1. In the column < Guest > I remove all but < Fixed > for the status < Open >
  2. Again in the column < Guest > in the line of < Refused >, I check in < Contested >

Likewise, you can customize all workflows according to your company’s internal process.
