Change the observation status

Workflows are defined at the organization level, as they are common to projects within the same organization.
Therefore, you need to connect to your organization and follow the steps below:



A status list (or workflow) is available by default. To modify it,

  1. in the "Templates" section of your organization, select < Workflow >.
  2. Add translations for each language of your workflows.
  3. To change the order of the list on mobile, click and drag the dots.
  4. Add an icon and color for each status.
  5. Set the default status.
  6. Hover over a status and delete it.
  7. Click < Add Status > to add one or more additional statuses.
  8. Don't forget to <Save & Update > before leaving this page.
