Update priorities

Priority allows you to measure the urgency of a task or a control, you can define them at the organization level for all your projects.



A priority list is available by default. To change it,

  1. in the "Templates" section of your organization, select < Workflow >. 
  2. By default, the priority list for forms and observations are identical.
  3. Add translations for each language in your workflows.
  4. To change the order of the list on mobile, click and drag the dots.
  5. Add an icon and a color for each priority
  6. Set the default priority.
  7. Hover over the priority and delete it.
  8. Click < Add priority > to add one or more additional priorities.
  9. Don't forget to < Save & Update > before leaving this page.
