From a multipage PDF file you can create a plan in only several clicks.  

1. After a long tap on the chosen document, click  on <Create plan>.
   
2. Select the concerned pages or all of them  <Select all>. 
3. Click on <Continue>. 
4. In the arborescence of your plans you can choose the emplacement of your files,  then click on <Move here> to confirm. 
5. Go to the Plans module, to notice the addition of the new plans.  

Those pages can be used as a localisation for your observations or forms.
