Finalcad uses an integrated communication platform allowing you to connect directly to our teams:

Find below how to access the tool on web and mobile :
Option 1 :
In your account settings, select :
- Customer support
- Chat with support
Option 2 :
Take a screenshot on the app at the location of your issue/remark.
You will then access the chat tab and you will be able to select the action you want to perform.
Click on the chat button or go to the <? > then "Contact us"

Please fill the following fields :
- Description : give us as many details as possible about your problem, its circumstances, if you have encountered it several times, etc.
- Attachment : add a report where the problem appears, a file that does not want to download or appear
- Screenshot : already taken into account if you opened the dialogue via screenshot on mobile. If not, feel free to add a view of your problem and annotate the screenshot. (Remember to validate the capture : blue button next to the annotation tools)
- Add a video : of the process in which you are having the problem, or if the problem is fleeting and too fast for a screenshot.
- Submit : validate the escalation of the problem.
You can then find the subject raised in the "Message" tab at the bottom of the discussion popup, add information if necessary and receive the response from our teams.
Please fill the following fields :
- Summary : give an explicit title to your request. For example "Increase the density of information present on the members page"
- Description : give us as many details as possible about your request, what is not currently suitable, your use case, the impact on your activity, the difficulty, etc.
- Attachment : add a report or document, an element that would help to better understand your request
- Screenshot : already taken into account if you opened the dialogue via screenshot on mobile. Do not hesitate to add a view of the page concerned by your request and annotate it to illustrate your request. (Remember to validate the capture: blue button next to the annotation tools)
- Add a video : of the process you want to improve, or of the sequence of steps.
- Submit : validate the escalation of the problem.
You can then find your request for improvement submitted in the "Message" tab at the bottom of the discussion popup, add information if necessary and receive the response from our teams.

- Message : enter your message
- Next: validate to start the discussion with our teams
