Four flow models are available in Power Automate so you can create Finalcad observations and forms when a task is created in Microsoft Planner, and vice versa.
Configure the flow

The top part of the flow corresponds to the flow trigger configuration.
The rest corresponds to the action associated with the flow.

For Planner flows to Finalcad

The module in which you want to create elements
To find the ID:
1. On Finalcad Web, open the module of your choice
2. In the URL, you can find the Observation Module ID just after "module/"

The category and template that will be used for your elements
To find the ID:
1. Open Finalcad Web and open your browser console (F12 key or right-click > Inspect).
2. Open an observation that was created with the category and template you want to apply to elements created via this flow.
4. In the URL, copy the Observation Module ID, present just after "observation/"
5. Click on the Network tab
6. In the field with the filter, paste the ID
7. Search for the ID in the list displayed below and click on this ID
8. In the "Preview" tab, you finda list with notably the trade_id (=Observation Category ID) and common_observation_id (= Observation Model ID)

To find the ID:
1. On Finalcad Web, in the organization or workspace settings, open the template of your choice

Tester et valider le flux
Lorsque votre flux est prêt :
Cliquez sur “Enregistrer” puis “Tester”
Cliquez sur le bouton pour tester le flux “Manuellement”
Cliquez sur le bouton “Run flow”
Si le flux a bien fonctionné :
L’élément créé (tâche Planner, observation ou formulaire Finalcad) peut mettre plusieurs minutes à apparaître
